about health and stuffs.

1. no rice for breakfast. 
2. drink more mineral water
3. do a lot more exercises, YOGA!
4. consume less carbs
5. eat more veggies + fruits
6. control this super extreme appetites
7. no sneak-out-in-the-middle-of-the-night-just-to-eat-some-snacks
