why? he used to be an ass, dr. evil spawn, scumbag kid, screwing other people's lives, he was a complete ass. but, when he finally fell for Izzie, and got serious in peds, he drastically changed into sweet, caring and unbelievably protective man. i wish he'll get his happily ever after (with dr. Lucy Fields, perhaps? he's really smitten with this new OB/GYN)
