The Boy in The Striped Pyjamas

“Childhood is measure out by sounds and smells and sights, before the dark hour of reason grows.”

John Betjeman

a story of innocence in the world of ignorance.

my first comment after i watched it was 'IT'S SO EFFIN TRAGIC! THAT'S NOT FAIR FOR THE JEWS!'

gosh, you'll touched by the friendship between the little boy in the striped pyjamas named Shmuel, and a Nazi Soldier's son named Bruno. They're not supposed to be friends. Shmuel is Jew, and at that time, The Germany gathers Jews in a prison camp where they're waiting to be exterminated. They keep making an acquaintance between the electric wires. It was so tragic and ironic. The pride finally got its consequences.
