There's no point in questioning who's right and who's wrong. It is also not about pride and the downfall. Sorry, I'm not a quitter, but I chose to leave for good. Why should I drown myself in the circumstances where hatred, ego, anger are higher than professionalism ? The captain should lea
d his army, if the army does an intolerable fault which will ruin the captain's name, then he should act like a captain, talk to that particular person, mention his faults, give the consequences, or in the other words; be like a man. That action won't make their relationship complicated.
But, in the end, it's just my personal belief, and I surely know that not everyone would share this belief. It's a free country, everybody has their own rights to run their lives as they want, including you.
